In Meta mask dashboard you will see your address under "Account 1." Click on it to copy your ETH address. Send your Ethereum from the exchange to your Meta mask wallet address. While you wait for the transaction to complete go to hoge.finance token and click where you see "Buy on Uniswap." Open your Meta mask wallet and "connect" on the upper left.
